Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Vantage Women Store. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Please contact us for return authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective):

  • Intimates, lingerie, and swimwear bottoms
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Opened cosmetics or used beauty tools
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue and your order number. We’ll prioritize a replacement or a refund according to your preference.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or color is to place a new order and request a return for the original item (subject to eligibility).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@vantagewomenstore.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for our support team to issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide the correct return address.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Share the return tracking number with our team once shipped.
Important: Do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel. Our products ship from multiple international warehouses; returns sent without an RMA may be refused or lost.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund when applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days (after approval) for the refund to appear on your statement—processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Recheck your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider; it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
